New Mortgage Branch Plans to Donate to Local Pennsylvania Non-Profits in 2021

Revolution Mortgage, an emerging mortgage company based in Columbus, Ohio, has announced a new location opening in Center Valley, PA with plans to give back to local non-profits.

The branch will be led by Leonard Tabone (NMLS# 145499) and is set to open in November. The office, located an hour north of Philadelphia, is the second brick and mortar location in Pennsylvania.

After almost 15 years in the mortgage industry, Leonard Tabone is taking the reins and opening his own branch in Center Valley. Following years of working in various positions, Tabone knew one day he wanted to step into a leadership role where not only would he be accountable to a team he created, but also where he could help people develop their skills and achieve their goals. With the desire to grow personally and professionally, Tabone was just looking for the right opportunity to present itself. Ambitious and focused, Tabone is moving at full speed with the desire to build a dynamic team and a goal to originate $40 million in loan volume in his first year. With the housing market currently thriving in Pennsylvania, this goal is not out of reach. As remote work is becoming the new norm creating the ability to live anywhere, many millennials and families are fleeing city life for more spacious homes and land.
