The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) announced their top 250 originators in the U.S. This year’s report, sponsored by Radian, represents a sales growth volume of almost 70% from 2019.

NAHREP is a national organization that is propelled by a combination of entrepreneurs, cultural heritage, and the advocacy of its members. According to the NAHREP, “Our [NAHREP] role as trusted advisors and passionate advocates is to help more Hispanic families achieve the American Dream in a sustainable way that empowers them for generations to come”. NAHREP’s number one mission is to educate real estate professionals about the needs and cultural distinctions of Hispanic consumers.
The top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators is a great representation of Latinos' large influence on this industry of home buyers. It is based on a self-nomination process that is thoroughly reviewed and validated by NAHREP. To be eligible, nominees are required to submit the number of closed mortgages, as well as their sale volume. Over 1,200 mortgage Originators were nominated for this year's annual Awards. The top producers represented a total of 56,601 closed mortgages and $16.9 billion in mortgage sales.
One of Revolution Mortgages's very own Branch Production Manager, Bryant Delgado (NMLS 337285) ranked 45th in the top 250 in the U.S. and 14th in his region. Delgado has worked in the mortgage industry for over 13 years with experience in loss mitigation, processing, underwriting, origination, and branch management.
