Revolution Mortgage Names Michele Jaconelli as Chief Operating Officer

Revolution Mortgage has announced the appointment of Michele Jaconelli as Chief Operating Officer. A seasoned mortgage banking executive with more than 35 years of experience, Jaconelli brings extensive expertise in operations leadership, risk management, underwriting, compliance, sales collaboration, servicing, and secondary marketing.

Throughout her career, Jaconelli has held key executive roles at Republic Bank/Fulton Bank, and Infinity Home Loans, where she also previously served as Chief Operating Officer. Known for her ability to streamline processes and build scalable, compliant structures, she has successfully reduced processing and closing times by more than 50% and improved accuracy by 60% through automation, training, and process redesign.

In her new role, Jaconelli will oversee daily operations across multiple departments, managing a team of more than 150 employees and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall borrower experience. “My focus is on transforming operations into a strategic growth engine that leverages AI, automation, and analytics to deliver faster, more accurate, and more customer-focused results,” said Jaconelli. “This aligns perfectly with Revolution’s mission to combine innovation and integrity to deliver an exceptional customer experience.”
