Jordan Johnson to Take on New Role as Branch Production Manager

Revolution Mortgage, a mortgage company based in Columbus, Ohio, has announced a new location opening in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The branch will be co-managed by Jordan Johnson (NMLS#1670483) and makes the tenth location in the state of Ohio.

Jordan Johnson has been in the mortgage industry for eight years and with Revolution Mortgage since January 2019. At twenty-six years old, he has now become the youngest Branch Production Manager at the company. Johnson was introduced to the mortgage industry as a young adult out of high school working at his father’s mortgage branch. What started as administrative tasks for employees around the office, eventually turned into becoming a junior processor. In this position, Johnson learned processing guidelines and the unique intricacies of mortgages. Two years later, he became a loan officer assistant for two branch loan officers and delved into the world of origination.

As a loan officer assistant, Johnson developed strong communication skills by making calls to potential clients, following up on documents, and working loans into underwriting. He quickly learned the complexities of various loan types and focused on becoming a resource of knowledge to better assist clients and co-workers. In 2018, Johnson took the next step and obtained his NMLS license and started his career as a loan officer closing $1.2 million in his first month. This tremendous achievement gave him the momentum and drive that has led him to run his own branch.
