Revolution Adds Patrick Richoux and David Kelly to Texas Market

Revolution Mortgage, a mortgage lender based in Columbus, Ohio, has announced a new location opening in Texas. The branch, located in Austin, will be led by Patrick Richoux (NMLS 974990) and David Kelly (NMLS 935332) and is the fourth Revolution branch in the state of Texas.

Patrick Richoux brings 30 years of combined mortgage lending and finance industry experience to Revolution Mortgage. In his extensive career, he has held several roles ranging from a home builder, realtor, and mortgage loan officer. Richoux has worked with a variety of clients over the years, but his specialty is working with veterans after spending seven years at Navy Federal Credit Union. With a large portion of his business stemming from veterans, he has become an expert in Veterans Affairs (VA) loans and their complexities. While Richoux takes great pride in helping veterans, he prioritizes all his clients and focuses on making the home buying process as easy and worry-free as possible.

David Kelly is joining Revolution with 25 years in the real estate and mortgage industry working at both Federal and State levels. Kelly started in real estate and branched into the mortgage side to gain a broader perspective and understanding of real estate finance and found a passion for helping people become homeowners. Over the years he has become an expert in FHA, VA, USDA, and JUMBO Conventional loans and has gained extensive knowledge in debt consolidation and credit repair. This skill set has allowed him to work with clients of various backgrounds and successfully place hundreds of families into homes.

Richoux and Kelly are already strategizing the best ways to serve the Austin community, starting with showing their appreciation to veterans and first responders by creating models geared towards helping them achieve homeownership. With their goal of reaching 25 million in 2021, they will also focus on building brand recognition through their expertise, on-time closings, and utilizing all resources available to them to help clients accomplish their real estate goals.
