Restaurant Week Raised $2000 For a Local Non-Profit, A Kid Again

Restaurant Week returned in July 2021 with over 150 participating restaurants. This event is created by 614 Media Group in partnership with Revolution Mortgage. Proceeds raised from the event benefitted the Central Columbus Chapter of A Kid Again.

With the help of Central Ohio patrons and participating restaurants, 614 Restaurant Week raised $2000 for A Kid Again, a locally operating non-profit that provides monthly cost and care-free activities. These care-free activities are called Adventures for families raising children with life-threatening conditions.

A $1 donation was made towards A Kid Again for every social media post using hashtag #Eat614 and #614RestaurantWeek during July 21st - 31st, 2021. Within just one week, $2000 was raised towards the Central Ohio Chapter of A Kid Again. According to A Kid Again, 30% of families raising a child with a life-threatening condition makes less than $30,000 a year and carry medical expenses that can sometimes exceed well over $50,0000 annually. The funds raised during restaurant week will help towards A Kid Again's mission to provide Adventures for the entire family.
