Ted Pappas Joins Revolution Mortgage in Rock Hill, SC

Revolution Mortgage, a mortgage lender based in Columbus, Ohio, has announced the opening of a new location in South Carolina. The branch, located in Rock Hill, will be led by Ted Pappas (NMLS#93701) and is the third branch in the state of South Carolina.

Ted Pappas is joining Revolution Mortgage with a career in the lending industry that spans over 17 years in the Charlotte metro area. As a loan officer and branch manager at American Security Mortgage, Pappas has built a reputation based on trust and dedication while assisting thousands with their lending needs. As a top producer, he has ranked in the annual President's Club and Chairman's Club each year since 2009 and has been recognized and featured in Top Agent Magazine.

Pappas entered the mortgage industry in 2004 when he found himself looking for a new and exciting career path and was suggested that he should consider loan origination. Though he was hesitant at first to jump into an occupation that was commission only, he took the leap to become a loan officer. Despite having some difficulties in the first year of his newfound profession, he quickly adapted and set a foundation towards a successful and promising new career.

Pappas joined Revolution Mortgage after learning about the exciting venture of opening and managing a branch for a fast-growing company. Creating a business from scratch has its challenges, but Pappas found the offer for this new adventure appealing. He is looking forward to building a successful branch with a cohesive, like-minded team. Pappas is now focused on growing the Rock Hill branch with at least seven originators that he can mentor and navigate through the struggles he faced as a new loan originator.
