2023 - The awards program is a way to recognize companies for performing well and reveal how supported their employees feel.
As part of the nomination process, employees are asked to complete an anonymous survey detailing both the strengths and weaknesses of their company culture. The employee survey covers topics ranging from Corporate Culture and Communications to Leadership and Planning. While employee feedback is a crucial component, employer reports on benefits and policies are also entered into the equation. Once the reports and surveys have been collected, the Best Mortgage Companies to Work For list is finalized with the top 50 mortgage companies.
Best Mortgage Companies to Work For is put together by National Mortgage News and Best Companies Group. They create survey questions for employees to fill out and review employer reports. This year marks their 5th annual survey with even more nominations to make the competition more difficult.
This industry-focused competition is an important chance for mortgage companies to stand out above the rest. If employee feedback and employer reports give high praise toward a company, this could sway the decision of a potential borrower.
