Virginia native Bill Weakley is joining Revolution after 12 years in home financing, having recently served homebuyers and real estate agents as a senior loan officer at RW Towne Mortgage. Weakley has been named a top 1% originator in Scotsman Guide and is also a seven-time Chairman's Club member.

Weakley was drawn to loan origination with hopes of having a better work-life balance after spending 18 years in the restaurant industry. Having a finance degree and desire to help people, he pursued mortgage banking as the next step in his career. After closing his first loan, Weakley felt confident in his new profession as he was able to utilize his business and financial acumen in addition to satisfying his passion for helping people, while having the flexibility to spend time with his family.
