Dean Moran to Lead Growth as Revolution Mortgage’s Chief Revenue Officer

Revolution Mortgage is pleased to announce the appointment of Dean Moran as Chief Revenue Officer. With more than three decades of leadership experience across banks and independent mortgage banking (IMB), Moran will help drive the company’s next phase of growth and strengthen its entrepreneurial culture.

Moran brings 32 years of industry experience, 27 in banking and five in IMB, giving him a balanced perspective on both traditional and modern mortgage operations. His leadership style emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and building high-performing sales teams.

“When I first started in the industry, we called clients out of the phone book—it’s incredible to see how far the business has evolved,” Moran reflected. “While technology has transformed the industry, the fundamentals of salesmanship and culture remain essential. My goal is to bring the best of both worlds here at Revolution.”

Moran’s immediate focus will be listening to teams, assessing opportunities, and shaping a strategy to expand market share. Long-term, he envisions Revolution as a nimble, tech-forward company that competes with the largest players while maintaining a culture of accountability and shared success.
