Sarah Schmidt to Drive Marketing Initiatives as VP at Revolution Mortgage

Revolution Mortgage is pleased to announce that Sarah Schmidt has joined the company as its new Vice President of Marketing. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Schmidt brings 15 years of mortgage industry experience spanning marketing, partner success, mortgage origination, and business development.

Schmidt began her career in 2010 and has since held leadership roles building programs, managing large-scale partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams. This diverse background equips her with both strategic vision and execution expertise, skills she plans to leverage to help Revolution Mortgage continue its growth trajectory.

In her first 90 days, Schmidt plans to focus on listening, learning, and identifying quick wins to strengthen brand positioning and drive measurable results. Her long-term vision is to build a marketing engine that fuels sustained growth, strengthens brand trust, and deepens customer relationships, directly supporting the company’s strategy to expand market share and deliver unmatched value to its customers.

Outside of her professional role, Schmidt enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Ben, their two young children, and their English Bulldog, Ozzy. Together, they love exploring Utah’s mountains and attending local sporting events.
